Evangelos specializes in corporate, commercial and energy law. He represents and advises both domestic and international clients in the TMT and energy sectors on a range of corporate issues and participates in cross-border finance projects and legal due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation. Evangelos also has considerable experience in exercises that fall within the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation.
